Nearly my whole working life has been based around serving people. From being an Executive PA in the NHS, where the focus was on delivering to one person and their support team, to working as a Call Centre Advisor for Vodafone and delivering to the masses, to finally being a salon pro and owner delivering to the local community and each and every valued client – client happiness has always been something I’ve had a remit to fulfil and something that I’ve enjoyed and excelled in.
